Country Road Limited (CTY) today announced the appointment of Mr Glenn Gilzean as a Director of Country Road. Mr Gilzean joined Country Road in August 1998. He is currently Group General Manager of Retail Operations and a member of the Executive Management Committee. “Mr Gilzean is an experienced retailer and a highly valued and respected leader within Country Road. I am delighted with his appointment to the Board”, said Chairman Mr Simon Susman. As advised on 5 October 2006, Mr Ashley Gardner provided the Company with notice of his resignation, and has now formally resigned as a Director and as Company Secretary of Country Road Limited.
