Woolworths cares about the safety of customers and as a precaution, we are recalling two multi-plug products due to a design flaw and have removed both products from sale. While the products are SABS approved, we have since been advised by the supplier, SGA Trading, that the design may make them unsafe, if incorrectly used. To date, no injuries have been reported. Customers who have bought a 6- or 10-way multi-plug (batch-codes: YD-6NS2; YD-5NS and barcodes: 6009101821518; 6009101821525) any time since September 2011, should please stop using it and return it to their nearest Woolworths store for a full refund.
